A key element in the cooperation between our clients and the ZEMSON GmbH is a strict confidentiality agreement with non-circumvention clause. Especially in the areas of private placement and state finance advisory, this strict confidentiality (also if the actual period of the transaction is completed) is untouchable.

We understand that particularly potential clients would like to contact our financial partners or actual / former clients. Unfortunately this is due to the guaranteed confidentiality not possible and not usual in this particular market. After starting activities with our clients we share our contacts of course, in some cases our clients are allowed to get in direct contact with our financial partners after approval of ZEMSON GmbH.

We assure you, however, that the ZEMSON GmbH and / or its shareholders have worked / are working togetherwith large international institutions, have relations with some central banks and that our clients have always received the in the contracts promised income, even without using the bank instruments, which where given from our banks to them as a security.
