Under the terminology "PRIVATE PLACEMENT" we understand programmes, which generates a very interesting profit based on a reduced risk basis. As with all programmes, the security is "bought" with a loss of return. However, the ZEMSON GmbH together with their financial partners can offer our clients a very interesting and far above the market average return.

In addition, we note that the capital or the bank instrument can only be moved by your instructions or signature and whenever possible the communication should be on a "bank to bank" way, so that a loss or "invalidity" of the Bank instrument is nearly impossible.

Minimum investment amount: normally 10 million euros, minimum investment period: 13 months

Procedure

1. Step
Proof of capital or bank instrument or the ability of this issuance. Signing an agreement between the ZEMSON GmbH and the client.

2. Step
Clearance of texts for the bank to bank communication, the texts of the bank instruments and the securities for the clients (Release Funds, Profit)

I3. Step
Voting & transmission of texts by MT799 (bank to bank)

4. Step
Transfer of capital or bank instrument (bank to bank way) and launch of the private placement programme

5. Step
Payout of the first share of profit after e.g. 4 weeks. Further payouts according the payment plan.

6. Schritt
Return of capital or bank instrument at maturity date.
